10:00 AM – Coffee Break & Exhibit Hall Grand Opening
10am-11am – Communications in Business with Trisha Abiyev
Trisha, now of Partners Dental Studio, has over two decades experience in teaching communications to a Fortune 500 company. From team building and communicating with employees to building relationships with doctors and vendors, this is an important step in learning how to run a business and not just being a lab owner.

Tips, tricks and an intro course into 3Shape’s OrthoAnalyzer, Appliance Designer and Cambridge. 3Shape reps will get you up to speed for the aligner class.

3:30pm-5:30pm – Marketing on a Budget
Kim Landry, now of BTC Marketing, knows more about a small lab’s needs and limits than anybody else out there. Gajewski, of Bryn Mawr Orthodontic Lab, stumbled into her office six years ago saying he could not possibly afford her but could not spend another minute trying to learn Adobe. Kim learned our business and translated it all into a small lab’s ideal package. With over 30 years in marketing, she can show you the why and the how of getting the most for your money.
