  • Pearls. Each year, we talk about “pearls” we pick up at the conference, things we will take back and introduce into our labs and practices. The conference is itself a clinic, where many pearls can be found floating throughout the side discussions, group get-togethers or maybe even during runs to the local barbecue restaurants. As a community, we come together to share, learn, ask questions and have them answered by multiple people with various backgrounds and approaches to problems we all face. As a community, we come together for solutions and find them.
